Agency Development Partner

Development capacity for design, branding, and marketing agencies, delivered behind your brand, without approaching your client.

Brussels, Belgium · Senior-led delivery

Agencies win work that needs real engineering more often than they have engineers available. The usual options are turning it down, subcontracting to a team that treats your client as a lead, or absorbing the risk in-house. The Weekly Dev works as a development partner: your client relationship stays yours, the technical work is handled properly, and you get estimates you can quote from with confidence.

When this applies

  • A pitch requires technical work beyond what the current team can deliver.
  • Designs are finished and there is no development capacity to implement them.
  • You need a technical estimate before quoting and cannot produce one internally.
  • A previous subcontractor approached your client directly.

What you get

  • White-label or openly credited delivery: your call, agreed before work starts
  • Technical estimates and feasibility input during your pitch phase
  • Faithful implementation of your designs, including the responsive states
  • Direct communication in your tools and your project rhythm
  • Ongoing maintenance and support for projects after they ship
  • A written non-solicitation commitment covering your clients

How it runs

  1. Pre-sales

Feasibility and estimates provided before you quote, so the number you give your client holds.

  2. Scope

Deliverables, communication channels, and the visibility arrangement are agreed in writing.

  3. Delivery

Work ships in your project cadence with progress visible continuously, not at milestones.

  4. Aftercare

Support and maintenance continue after launch, so a delivered project does not become your support burden.

Questions

Will you contact our clients?
No. Non-solicitation is agreed in writing at the start of the engagement. Where the arrangement is white-label, communication runs through you entirely.
Can you join client calls?
Yes, under your brand or as a named technical partner, whichever you prefer. Some agencies find a technical voice in the room helps; others prefer to keep delivery invisible.
Do you work from our designs?
Yes. Implementing an existing design system or Figma file is the most common form of this engagement.
